Let your mind fast forward 6 months into the future

Imagine you and I have been working together for several months. We’re listing out all the ways you’ve changed since beginning our work together. As you read the description below, you realize you are reading the description of your Future Self…

  • You no longer feel that constant sense of overwhelm about basic daily tasks. You’ve figured out how your brain operates and how you can most effectively work with it, and you’ve implemented systems and strategies that streamline your life and allow you to focus on what truly matters.

  • You’re developing a better understanding of your emotions and how to engage with them, and you no longer find yourself having sudden and intense emotional responses to everyday occurrences or interactions. You’re noticing that things that previously would have affected your mood for the rest of the day, week, or even longernow barely even register.

  • You’re no longer exhausted and overextended 24/7. You understand what affects your energetic resources and how to budget them, and you’re much more intentional about who and what you spend them on.

  • You’ve stopped shaming and criticizing yourself for not being like everyone else. You understand that just because your brain isn’t neurotypical doesn’t mean it’s bad, and you’ve started recognizing the cool side effects that having ADHD brings with it - like our heightened creativity, ability to synthesize information and see patterns that others don’t, and our hyperfixation superpower that allows us to complete a work week before Wednesday 😎

Embrace your Uniqueness. Unleash your Potential.

During our work together you’ll learn how to:

  • Clarify which of your “personality quirks” are actually symptoms of ADHD and utilize increased awareness to develop personalized coping strategies.

  • Identify your biggest daily sources of stress and energy drains and begin to streamline your life by implementing a sustainable lifestyle plan to remove unnecessary friction, frustration, and stress from your days.

  • Enhance self-regulation skills and capacity to tolerate uncomfortable emotions like stress, anxiety, and frustration to prevent emotional overwhelm and more easefully navigate social situations and necessary tasks.

  • Explore and address any underlying emotional, psychological, or situational factors that may contribute to and exacerbate executive functioning difficulties.

  • Reduce self-criticism and disrupt negative self-talk resulting from feelings of shame and guilt about being “different” and instead begin to implement the practice of self-compassion as you lean into self-acceptance.

My style is not a cookie cooker “one size fits all” where we do the next chapter in a generalized workbook each time we meet. I tailor each and every appointment to the specific client’s needs based on their life history, personality template, level of experience with healing and introspection, and current mood and energy level.

I ensure my techniques are constantly evolving as I stay up to date on the most cutting-edge information from various healing fields (some examples include Transpersonal Psychology, Shadow Work theory, Parts work, brain-body and polyvagal education, nervous system regulation techniques, and energetic healing principles).

Most importantly, I prioritize staying attuned to you and your energy during our 1-1 time so that you are truly feeling seen, heard, and understood. I am ready to provide you with all the compassion, support, and validation - while also keeping it real, holding you accountable, and challenging you to step outside your comfort zone to discover what you’re capable of.

Client Testimonial

"As an ADHD coach, Erica helps you make sense of the chaos. Our brains move a mile a minute and she has allowed me space to harness that as a talent rather than a weakness".

Client Testimonial

My favorite part about working with Erica is her ability to truly see me for me. My counselor sometimes gives me statements that I think are meant to ease my guilt or stress, but it just frustrates me because a pat on the back isn't what I need. My ADHD brain works differently and I appreciate that Erica calls that out and helps me create actionable steps tailored to the struggle I am facing!"

It’s time to feel at ease in your mind and your life.
