  • Understand your nervous system education and how to use concrete body-based regulation tools in times of stress and overwhelm

  • Release the self-limiting beliefs that have been keeping you stuck in unhelpful recurring patterns in your life

  • Gain deeper understanding about the origins of your Inner Critic, and develop empathy for the ways in which they’ve been trying to keep you safe

  • Begin healing old emotional wounds so that you can continue expanding into the person you’re meant to become

  • Figure out what you truly want out of life - and how to boldly and unapologetically go after it

My style is not a cookie cooker “one size fits all” where we do the next chapter in a generalized workbook each time we meet. I tailor each and every appointment to the specific client’s needs based on their life history, personality template, level of experience with healing and introspection, and current mood and energy level.

I ensure my techniques are constantly evolving as I stay up to date on the most cutting-edge information from various healing fields (some examples include Transpersonal Psychology, Shadow Work theory, Parts work, brain-body and polyvagal education, nervous system regulation techniques, and energetic healing principles).

Most importantly, I prioritize staying attuned to you and your energy during our 1-1 time so that you are truly feeling seen, heard, and understood. I am ready to provide you with all the compassion, support, and validation - while also keeping it real, holding you accountable, and challenging you to step outside your comfort zone to discover what you’re capable of.
