Boundaries: Energy Budget Worksheet

$0.97

Our internal resources (time, energy, emotions, etc.) directly influence our boundaries. For example, you probably notice that when your energy is low, your emotions and mood are affected. You may feel more irritable and less patient - which in turn affects your boundaries around what you're able and willing to tolerate in that moment. To increase your awareness about what is draining vs energizing you, use this worksheet to help you pay attention to your internal battery for the next week. Color how full your battery feels when you wake up in the morning versus when you're ending your day, then note what drained you and energized you during that day.
