ADHD Support Kit

Just because we have neurospicy brains doesn't mean we have to beat ourselves up over it. The more we know, the better equipped we are to work WITH our brains rather than against them! Which is why I created this support kit for my fellow neurospicies that includes my ADHD videos in an easily searchable & organizable Google Drive folder. You can rename videos, organize into folders that work for you, and easily search for specific videos through this format. This is also a live folder that gets updated as I create new videos, so you can stay up to date as info comes out. My hope is that this support kit will help you to gain understanding and self-awareness while reducing shame, self-judgement, decision fatigue, and task paralysis. Happy viewing!
